My journey began as the US Army Recruiter of the Year, where I discovered a passion for helping others step into their potential. That calling led me to serve nearly 20 incredible years at USAA—leading strategic programs in talent, tech, and transformation. From there, with a few meaningful stops in between, I’ve now taken on a new mission as a Client Partner at Pyramid Consulting, proudly supporting USAA from the outside in.
With more than 2,500 professionals led across my career, I believe strong teams are forged through purpose, resilience, and a little bit of faith.
