Welcome to my site! I build powerhouse teams that drive real impact—whether through M&A integration, veteran hiring initiatives, IT workforce strategy, or standing up PMOs from scratch.

 

My journey began as the US Army Recruiter of the Year, where I discovered a passion for helping others step into their potential. That calling led me to serve nearly 20 incredible years at USAA—leading strategic programs in talent, tech, and transformation. From there, with a few meaningful stops in between, I’ve now taken on a new mission as a Client Partner at Pyramid Consulting, proudly supporting USAA from the outside in.

 

With more than 2,500 professionals led across my career, I believe strong teams are forged through purpose, resilience, and a little bit of faith.

IT Workforce Director, Phoenix AZ

Responsible for spearheading a new 3-year location strategy to create an IT workforce location in Phoenix Arizona, together with a select team of executive leaders.

Partnered with key senior IT leaders to shape and implement the strategy and planning for a first-ever new USAA IT location in Plano TX with the goal to attracted 850 new software engineers.

Led a large IT Department accountable for 50 employees to include three managers and over 100 third-party employees implementing infrastructure products into the overall internal ecosystem and also responsible to introduce a rigorous IT workforce strategy to address IT Interns, Onboarding, Sourcing and Retention KPIs that align to the long-term business strategies and vision.

I was selected by the CxOs to establish a new M&A Integration and DeNovo department, which resulted in the successful integration of 3 acquisitions and the launch of 12 new start-up locations over an 18-month period. Due to this success, I have been entrusted with additional responsibilities to co-lead a new strategy focused on attracting VA military business and talent. My commitment to delivering results and navigating challenges has laid a solid foundation for ongoing success.

This groundbreaking initiative demonstrated our commitment to excellence and growth in the tech industry. Together, we paved the way for a dynamic future in IT.

Our primary focus was on effectively integrating infrastructure products into our internal ecosystem. Simultaneously, I developed and implemented a comprehensive IT workforce strategy that enhanced our processes for IT internships, onboarding, sourcing, and retention KPIs, ensuring alignment with our long-term business strategies and vision.
